SGI stated in the claimant's injury notes ... "All in all I did not okay any homecare ... Also the fact that she has not received homecare in the past, I did not want to open a can of worms. I’ll leave this to you Darlene to look after."

In the AIAC decision it stated, "For more than 13 years, the Appellant’s requests for home assistance were largely ignored or denied without written reasons."

How to Heal Better

I have decided to put in a section on how to heal better to help people.  As with any new regime, please see a qualified medical professional before starting anything new. I am not an expert; just a layman with interest in this particular subject. At the bottom of this page, I have also included some personal healing stories through vitamins.

I would offer an eBook about this topic but I am too busy; just cut and paste it into a document if you want.

DISCLAIMER: THIS DOCUMENT IS NOT SUBSTITUTION FOR MEDICAL ADVICE

This website is for information purposes only. By providing the information contained herein we are not diagnosing, treating, curing, mitigating, or preventing any type of disease or medical condition. Before beginning any type of natural, integrative or conventional treatment regimen, it is advisable to seek the advice of a licensed healthcare professional.
***If you need medical assistance, please call emergency, or contact a medical professional (for instance, a qualified doctor/physician, nurse, pharmacist/chemist, and so on) for advice.
As with everything, please consult a doctor before starting something new.

There are going to be some people who read this saying what a crock of crap this is … but until you have been put in a situation where you need to heal, don’t knock it until you have tried it. I have tested almost everything I state on this page.

1.
Please watch the documentary, Food Matters. This will give you a good basis about healing and the healing properties of food.  A trailer of the movie can be found here.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r4DOQ6Xhqss

2. Please look at this website for additional information on vitamins and healing.  www.doctoryourself.com
The owner of this website, Dr. Saul wrote some books with Abram Hoffer, a doctor in Saskatchewan.  When Premier T Douglas was in power he was interested in modernizing mental hospitals.  At the time, I believe Saskatchewan had some of the worst outcomes in mental illness.  Abram Hoffer was hired to help improve the outcomes in psychiatry.

Personal healing stories are at the bottom of the page.

Pre-cursor Information:
The best way to get all these nutrients are from your diet.
  1. Invest in a good blender.  I have gotten 2 used Vitamixers for $25 each.  (You can buy a used Vitamixer with all the extras and then sell of all the items you do do not need to reduce the cost of your purchase. ) You just need to look on line. You can mix up some great smoothies through these machines for a fast boost of nutrients. You can make some great green smoothies with Vitamixers.  My favorite is Spinach, banana and strawberries.  Yummmm!!! If you want more information on Green Smoothies and how to make them (there is a certain ratio to follow), google the raw food family. (The Boutenko family). You also have to rotate you greens or you could get REALLY sick which they also talk about.
  2. Invest in a good juicer.  You can also find these cheap online.  I prefer a masticating juicer as opposed to a centrifugal juicer.  Do you research prior to buying a juicer.

There are many people who will get into a great debate on what is better … juicing or drinking green smoothies. After many years of doing both … I think both are needed. They both do different things. When you drink green smoothies, you get lots of fiber and other essential nutrients. This is great for your bowel movements especially if you are drinking green smoothies which have a lot of fiber.
(This is GREAT for my sister who is mentally handicapped  as she has some trouble with regular bowel movements ... although if you ask her, she will say the smoothies are TERRIBLE!! But she always licks her lips after drinking a green smoothie)

But with a juicier, it enables the body to assimilate all of the nutrients contained in the vegetables or fruits in the quickest possible time and without burdening the digestive organs with the presence of the pulp-cellulose. (As said in the book, Fresh Vegertable and Fruit Juices, page 21 by NW Walker D. Sc.)
I read somewhere it is absorbed directly into your small intestine for a quick absorption rate.
This is great for my mother as the juicer helps with her arthritis and reducing her nodules on her fingers.

If you want to eat more fruits and vegetables, check out these 2 raw food vegans.
Lissa’s Raw Food Romance (Canadian):
https://www.youtube.com/user/raimondiphotography/videos

Tanny Raw (USA)

They both have Facebook pages and Instagram accounts. Check them out!!! They are awesome!!!

You DO NOT have to go to the extreme of becoming a raw food vegan but if you are at all interested in eating more fruits and vegetables, check them out! They have some awesome recipes and recipe books!! They can make a vegetable dip that is scrumptious just by using some other vegetables and not fatty ingredients. Please understand that once you heat up your food, it will destroy all the nutrients and enzymes in the food.

If you are worried about getting enough protein, read this book:
Proteinaholic: How Our Obsession with Meat Is Killing Us and What We Can Do About It   written by Garth Davis MD.

Two-time Nobel Prize winner, and molecular biologist, Linus Pauling, Ph.D.,coined the term "Orthomolecular" in his 1968 article "Orthomolecular Psychiatry" in the journal "Science." Orthomolecular medicine describes the practice of preventing and treating disease by providing the body with optimal amounts of substances which are natural to the body.

One of the problems  with Orthomolecular medicine, (from listening to Dr. Hoffer speak) is there is no common regime for Orthomolecular medicine.  Whereas with the traditional medical profession, there is always a certain path or plan one follows if a person is ill.  Take cancer for example.  After you are diagnosed with cancer, your doctor will suggest one of three paths to follow to get rid of the cancer.  Cut it out, chemo, or radiation.  Or a multitude of both.  But with Orthomolecular medicine, there is not set path to follow.  And depending on what naturopath you deal with, that will dictate what path you follow for treatment.  That is why after many years of independent study, I have developed my own way that I would follow to heal better. It doesn't mean it will work but it just seems like the most common sense way to approach nutrition or orthomolecular medicine. But make sure you take the advice of a medical doctor over anything I say on hear.  I have not gone to school for this; I just read for fun!

To break it down, as I studied it:

You body needs to be nutritionally well for your body to heal fully. If your body is deficient of nutrients, you will not heal as well.  We have 3 areas that deal with our body’ health.  Vitamins, minerals, and workers (for lack of a better name).

You can get these nutrients from your food and should always try to but because of today's high speed life style, new technologies in food and our craving for fast food, we often do not.  You can get these nutrients from a well constructed multi-vitamin or from actually eating better. However, if you look at Lissa's Raw Food Romance, she gets around 96% of her daily nutrients from food.

This is how I have figured everything out from a technical point of view. (Read more at doctoryourself.com)

WHAT YOUR BODY NEEDS:
  1. Vitamins fall under two categories: water soluble and fat soluble.
    1. Some fat-soluble vitamins are vitamins such as Vitamin A, D, and E. They store in the bodies fat cells until the body needs them. They should be taken everyday but if you take an abundance of a fat soluble vitamin one day, it will be stored in your body until your body needs it.
    2. Water soluble vitamins need to be replaced daily and anything the body does not use that day will be peed out.
  2. Minerals also need to be replaced every day as well.  Minerals are also hard to absorb into the body via pill form, so I like to take a low dose of minerals multiple times a day. But food is always better.  If you watch the movie, Food Matters, you will understand why we are not getting enough minerals and what we are doing to our soils.
  3. Lastly, there are workers to help the body such as enzymes and flora (probiotics).

Step 1: I would start with making sure you are nutritionally full of all the fat soluble vitamins first.(probably will take a week or two).
Step 2: Next I would make sure you have enough minerals in your body. (Take a low does throughout the day; zinc & magnesium are highly needed by the body)
Step 3: I would get enough workers in my body. (Workers are things like enzymes and flora)
Step 4: Then I would make sure I have enough water soluble vitamins in my body. (Most people start with water soluble vitamins but they have to be replaced daily, so I often address them last.)

You can do this all simultaneously as well and not step by step.  Also, if you are VERY SICK with a disease or other illness, I would change up this list slightly.
Also, make sure you drink enough water!!! Our bodies are 96% water. Years ago, there was a doctor who ended up in a Mexican prison and through accident cured many people of medical problems with just water.  When he was supposed to be released from prison he did not want to go because he was in the middle of conducting an experiment in the prison. (I have his name and book somewhere... If I find it, I will post it.)

Fat Soluble Vitamins:
Betatcarotene
By drinking carrot juice you will get loads of Beta carotene. Beta-carotene is the precursor to Vitamin A and is non-toxic. The body converts stored beta-carotene into Vitamin A on demand. Read more on doctoryourself.com

Vitamin D
Most people, especially in Canada do not get enough Vitamin D. Anyone who live above about 35 or 37 degrees’ latitude (north of Atlanta) cannot make vitamin D in your skin during the wintertime.  Plus, we are wearing more and more sunscreen during the day.  Health Canada just regulated or stated you only need 1000IU of Vitamin D/day.  That figure is highly manipulated and probably encouraged (I think) by the pharmaceutical companies. (another long story, I do not have time to get into). The most Vitamin D a person was recorded taking was about 1 million IUs of Vitamin D a day and they only began to show signs of toxicity after about a month of doing this.

If you want to read more .... there is a book about how government corruption endangers the food supply written by a doctor who used to work for Health Canada.  It is called "Corrupt to the Core ... Memoirs of a Health Canada Whistle-blower"  written by Shiv Chopra

Minerals
Minerals are hard to absorb in our body so they need to be taken throughout the day.  Two important minerals are zinc and magnesium which we do not get enough of. I have noticed since taking a multi-mineral, I have an increased my bowel movements.  Nothing conclusive, but interesting to note ... I need more time to research this.

Workers
You need workers in your body such as Flora and Enzymes to help with assimilate in your body . With new technologies and laws, often these workers are being reduced or completely destroyed in our food. Watch Food Matters for more info. (link above)

Water Soluble Vitamins
These need to be replaced daily and anything the body does not use that day will be peed out.  This is why I like to address them last. But they are still VERY IMPORTANT and offer many benefits to your body. I used to bruise like a peach until I started increasing my Vitamin C.

More Information:
If you want more information on workers, and the likes, I would suggest you look at this Canadian company.  http://avenaoriginals.com/ or order watch their DVD
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d4LFQ2Pta1o
They have testimonies of people getting rid of Cancer, MS, depression, Lupus and other medical issues.  They are one of the best companies I have found who will teach you about health. Go to Avena Originals to learn more about these workers.

If you want to learn more about treating cancer, look up  Gerson Therapy.  It is talked about on www.doctoryourself.com
Or there is a treatment suggested by Avena Originals.
They are theoretically the same, but methodically different.

I personally would NEVER get chemotherapy or radiation or anything the medical doctor would suggest IF I had cancer.  BUT that is only because I know of other methods for cancer with great success and I have done the research.

If you want to improve your memory, take lecithin granules.  This has really helped me.  It would sometimes take me 20 minutes to look for my parked car.  But after I took the lecithin granuales, it took me minutes.  Granuales are better than pills for lecithin -- you get more bang for your buck,  Just sprinkle it on your food. Look it up at www.doctoryourself.com

If you want to get rid of your acne, try taking zinc. (Zinc has to be balanced by copper) Zinc monomethionine has the best absorption rates. Zinc helps the prostate and increases seminal fluid production so be careful. It will make men very fertile.  For more info look on www.doctoryourself.com

Also, juicing carrots will help a lot with getting rid acne.
Beta-carotene is the precursor to Vitamin A and is non-toxic. The body converts stored beta-carotene into Vitamin A on demand.  Accutane, a common acne treatment, is also a derivative of Vitamin A. Coincidence?  I think not.

If your legs are twitching at night, try to take more magnesium.  Most of the population are low on magnesium. They are different forms of magnesium that your body absorbs better than others so please do your research.

If you have hang nails, you are probably deficient of zinc.  Like I said before, make sure you balance zinc with copper.   For more info look on www.doctoryourself.com

If you have excess ear wax, you could have an Omega 3 deficiency.  Check out Dr. Mercola for more info.
https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2014/03/29/earwax-removal.aspx

Check out how Dr. A. Hoffer from Saskatchewan treated cancer.   Here is the detailed program that Dr. Abram Hoffer has used successfully for decades. http://www.doctoryourself.com/hoffer_cancer_2.html

Vitamin C has antibiotic and antiviral, antihistamine and antitoxin properties at high levels.  For more info look on www.doctoryorself.com

Go to Avena Originals to learn more about these workers.  http://avenaoriginals.com/   or watch their trailer to their video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d4LFQ2Pta1o

If you have problems with dandruff, try taking some zinc. (Zinc has to balanced by copper) What is an ingredient in Head and Shoulders? Zinc pyrithione. Coincidence?  I think not.

If you want to get rid of grey hair, increase your mineral intake.  There was a woman named, Ann Wigmore who started juicing wheatgrass and got rid of all her grey hair.  She hypothesized that grey hair was due to a mineral deficiency. Every time, I see a grey hair, I increase my mineral intake and my grey hair disappears.  Linus Pauling hypothesized that every illness could be linked to a mineral deficiency.   If you watch "Food Matters", the movie talks about what we are doing to our soil and how it is affecting our minerals.

I read about a doctor who's son was in a coma and when Vitamin C was increased intravenously his son became conscious quite quickly.  However, there was no control and it only involved one person.  But knowing what I know now about Vitamin C, I would definitely take Vitamin C intravenously while in a coma.

A doctor, F. R. Klenner, M.D. gave large doses to over 300 pregnant women and saw wonderful results.  Read more here.
http://www.doctoryourself.com/pregnancy_lactation.html

Omega Vitamins are also very good for arthritis. But you always have to read the labels before buying.  Some Omegas do not have the right ratio of  EPAs to DHAs or the amounts are not even high enough.  There was this book I was reading by a neurologist who stated the amounts, but I can not find the information right now.  I always buy certain omega pills to get an extremely high/right dose of Omegas.  When I gave these pills to my mom, she could only take a few a day at first because they were so strong.  (I will post more info when I find the correct information)

When I buy vitamins, I do not buy a certain brand, I just make sure the pill has what I need in the supplement.

Some Personal Stories
My mom who is in her late 70s was having trouble walking and getting out of car. I was really getting worried.  I asked her if it was her arthritis.  She said “No, I think it is my bones”  As soon as I heard that, I knew she must be deficient in Vitamin D.  Most people always think of calcium when you think of bone problems but you can not absorb calcium without Vitamin D and we don't get enough Vitamin D in Canada because we are so far north.

Since my car broke down and I couldn’t get into the mechanics for a few days, I started to supplement her Green Smoothies with Vitamin D to the tune of 100,000 IUs per day which she didn’t know about. Then I made her take 2 dropper full of liquid Vitamin D (approx. 24,000 IUS). I knew if she was deficient in Vitamin D, this would only create a dent in her deficiency. The most Vitamin D a person was recorded taking was about 1 million IUs of Vitamin D a day and they only began to show signs of toxicity after about a month of doing this. You can read more about this on this website. www.doctoryourself.com

After a few days of this regime, she started to walk better. Within a week, my mom (in her late 70s) ran across busy street in Regina trying to beat traffic.
Since she has rectified her Vitamin D deficiency, I do not give her high amounts of vitamin D anymore.  She just takes the daily required amount.

For more information on osteoporosis check out this website: (there is actually a better article I read, but I can not find it right now.  If I find the link I will post it.  But this is a good article too.)
http://www.greenmedinfo.com/blog/osteoporosis-scurvy-bone-not-calcium-deficiency
Here is a link about boron and osteoporosis:

http://www.greenmedinfo.com/article/boron-stimulates-bone-formation-inhibits-bone-resorption-resulting-therapeutic-effect-0

My mom also has very bad arthritis. She found a lot of relief from her arthritis from juicing carrots. Her nodules on her joints are even decreasing in size. Omega 3,6,9 also helps with arthritis.  I threw out her generic Omega pills she was taking (because they did not have the right ratio of  EPAs to DHAs) and I gave her some other ones that she could tell from Day 1 were a lot better. I will post the ratio if I find the book I read it in. She also started taking glucosamine.

My sister is mentally handicapped and wets the bed every nite to the extent where my mom often had to change the beddng twice a night because she has soaked through her depends, all the bed sheets and bed pads, plus the comforter got wet in the process as well. (We have tried everything from doctor prescribed pills to night alarms to restricting liquid. Nothing worked.)  We started giving her a lot of vitamin D daily and even though she still wets the bed at night, it is usually (not always) contained in her Depends. Vitamin D lessens the volume of liquid. (There was a study done about this)
We also found that an OVER-SIZED and VERY HEAVY comforter works well for her instead of a weighted blanket.
Instead of changing my sister's bedding twice a night, my mom changes her bedding only a couple times a week now.

Just google Vitamin D and bed time wetting.  She still needs her depends and wets during the day. So it is not a cure .... but it helps A LOT!!!
I have found that a supplement of "B12, B6, and folate" drops help somewhat with bed wetting but unfortunately I couldn't monitor my sister for a long enough period to determine the results conclusively.  My work with my sister is still ongoing.  I am currently looking at lecithin and
inositol.  Both of these supplements support the health of nerves. Inositol supports cell signal transduction in response to neurotransmitters while lecithin restores nervous cell functions and directly affects nerve and brain function.

Before trying nutritional supplements, my sister wet when she was sitting right next to me on the couch.  She would have NEVER purposely done that or been too lazy to go to the bathroom while sitting beside me.  There were tears in her eyes  as soon as it happened before I was able to figure out what happened.  I have made a hypothesis that it may be her nerves that are not communicating to her brain letting her bladder tell her brain that she has to urinate so these two supplements may help her.  (I got them both powder form because she can not swallow pills.)
I like to start with the basic fundamentals of health before looking at herbs, etc.  If you are deficient or more dependent on a nutrient, let's focus on rectifying that.   You think it won’t work?  What is the harm in trying?  The definition of stupid is trying the same thing and expecting different results.

**NOTE: This may be different than urinary incontinence from age, etc.  I was once having a problem with my kidney/urinary problems and was just about to see a doctor but through some random events, I fixed it with Chanca Piedra**

There is more I know about healing and vitamins but I do not have time to keep writing about this topic.  You really have to do your own research when it comes to vitamins or go to a professional.

Please note ....

1,2. I got the information about the history of the No-Fault system for this website from the legal document, 'Cash and Crash' written by Kenneth Noble and Reginald Watson. I try my best to put this problem into my own words based on my experience. But when I did quote them verbatim, I gave credit to the article.  Most of the information in this website is BASED on my own experience while using their document to confirm my information. Quoting them when I could.

I do not have copyright over the information on this website. But I will maintain copyright over my story.  (which probably means nothing by just saying it)  Please copy as much as you want and create a new website with this information.

I also talk about penalizing SGI monetarily if they do something wrong and using the money for a judge.  I actually thought of a better way to use that money but can not remember at this time. Sorry

I will be attaching all the evidence that I talk about on this website, including emails, changes of adjusters and voice messages.  But it will take some time to do this.

If the system is not dramatically changed, you may want to get rid of the AIAC in Saskatchewan.

My latin is not so good.  So  I mixed up the words Ex Gratia and Ex Parte on this website and ebook.  It will take me a while of rechecking it to fix it.

And my grammar, punctuation, and editing are terrible as I am in a time crunch so please do not be too judgemental.  I have a lot of dangling and squinting modifiers and split sentences. Use this as information for a claim not as a chance to critique someone’s writing.

Please read Cash and Crash by Kenneth Noble and Reginald Watson.  I think you can get it from the Law Society of Saskatchewan Library.  This will help you understand the system surrounding Auto Claims in Saskatchewan. I would like to see them on the Gormley Show.
If I forgot to mention Reginald Watson as one of the writers as Cash and Crash, I am sorry. I initially thought it was only written by one lawyer.
